Kansas City Voices magazine published by Whispering Prairie Press combines established authors with
promising talent to create a unique flavor of Kansas City.
Kansas City Voices celebrates the city's cultural diversity and heritage. Prose, poetry and
visual arts exhibit our writer's and artist's Kansas City experience.
The magazine is made possible through grants
from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Kansas Arts Council and generous contributors who recognize the opportunity
to showcase Kansas City.
Whispering Prairie Press is a non-profit literary organization formed to discover, encourage,
and promote self-esteem, creativity and communications through literature and other forms of art and self-expression

This is our 5th anniversdary edition of Kansas City Voices. Copies may be purchased at book stores such as Rainy
